All 3 albums I ordered came securely packaged in bubble wrap without any damage! My albums were shipped the day after I ordered and considering that I live in Western Canada (LightupK is located Eastern Canada), the albums arrived in less than a week time. Before ordering, one of their staff members, Venus kindly answered my inquires.

Overall, awesome customer service, reasonable pricing and fast delivery! Keep up the good work LightUpK! And I am happy that got all my bias that I requested!
