VT Cosmetics Cica Skin Toner is a lightweight, calming toner that absorbs easily into the skin and gives energy boost to the skin with Cicaliao ingredients. This toner works as an agent to eliminate leftover dirt and debris on your skin after cleansing, then soothes your skin. It contains Centella Asiatica extract to help provide calming effect and Green Propolis to deliver extra layer of comfort and moisture to the skin. Exclusive ingredients "CICALIAO™" is made to help soothe and strengthen the skin protective barrier, also refining skin texture. Suitable for combination to oily skin type.

How To Use: Soak a cotton pad with toner, then swipe it over your entire face and neck.
