Fantastic

I was amazed by how quick the shipping was. Everything were packaged so securely and really liked the extra hearts drawn on the box lol. It added a sweet touch to it. LightUpK has always exceeded my expectations in many ways and I will look forward to what they will bring!

This is my fourth order from Lightupk and I'm more than happy with their service!

The deliveries are fast and the team is helpful and so nice! I had a problem with my card when i first tried to place an order and they replied to my e-mail quickly and helped me solve the issue.

The items are always in perfect conditions and wrapped in lots of protective layers. I always look forward to their packages for, of course, the items I bought but also to see my name written on the box with lots of hearts drawn around it!

I have no idea who's responsible for this but thank you, it's such a small detail but it makes me undescribably happy every single time 💖

For my fellow european k-pop fans, if you want to buy merch/albums of your faves and get your hands on U.S. exclusives, Lightupk is absolutely the way to go, I plan to purchase from them again and again until my fav group (Ateez) keeps making music 🏴‍☠️🧡 Just beware of customs, they can be pricey!
