This was my favourite Twice album. They sound amazing, and the ballgown concept slays.
All the songs on here are so good. Feel Special is awesome for sure, but I also like Rainbow and Trick It, and love that they put Breakthrough too, probably one of my favourite Twice songs of all time.
This definitely was a great Twice era, but my memories are bittersweet too because I remember that it was around this time that Mina took a break from the group. It was sad. But I do think that it is a good thing to slow down when dealing with things like anxiety, and I hope that it helped her get through some of that.
It must be hard for these girls to deal with all the attention and pressure at times… I try to remember that, and I respect Mina and the rest of the group for what they do. Hopefully the industry can take good care of them, and the fans can respect them too.
It’s great to see Mina back now and hopefully having fun with things, she’s an absolutely wonderful singer and dancer.
