Jacket/Components/Packaging Condition

1. Aside from clear manufacturing defects, minor jacket creases, corner dents, scratches, etc. are not eligible for return/exchange.
2. The inner sleeve may crack due to contact with the disc; this is not eligible for return/exchange.
3. Disc labels may not be perfectly smoothly attached due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
4. Damage to the outer packaging vinyl wrap, when the product itself has no issues, is not eligible for return/exchange.

Playback Defects

1. If using a turntable without tonearm or weight adjustment (mainly all-in-one type models), skipping may occur when playing tracks with large dynamic sound variance; this is mostly caused by a light tonearm weight.
   Playback defects caused by equipment issues are not eligible for return/exchange — please play the record on equipment where tonearm weight can be adjusted.
2. Discs may not play smoothly due to static electricity and dust. This can mostly be resolved using dedicated cleaning products.
3. Playback may also not be smooth if dust has accumulated on the needle.

Disc Defects

1. The disc surface may be warped or bent. Returns/exchanges are only available if there is an actual playback defect.
2. The centre hole of the disc may be manufactured slightly small in order to minimize distortion in the playback range and maintain consistency across repeated plays. If it doesn't fit your turntable's spindle, this can be resolved using a dedicated adjustment tool.
3. Discs may occasionally have minor residue or an imperfect finish. Returns/exchanges are only available if there is an actual playback defect.

Colour Discs

1. Colour discs may differ in colour from web images.
2. Due to the nature of colour discs, colour variation between albums may occur during the manufacturing process.
3. Colour discs may contain small spots where different coloured dyes mixed together during production.

Exchange/Return Information

1. For exchange/return requests due to clear defects, please attach photos/videos confirming the defect details along with the playback device model name, and contact customer service.
2. LPs are prone to jacket damage during shipping and are difficult to resell, so returns due to simple change of mind or buyer's remorse are difficult to accommodate. Please purchase thoughtfully.
