Unfortunately, the box did not include the light stick as it presumably was their demo/example unit. Only realized this a few hours after leaving the store. (Was heading out of town after purchase and the weight of the other purchased items didn't tip me off.)
Called the store upon discovering this and thankfully, they didn't give me the 3rd degree. Picked up a replacement the following day and they verified the replacement box wasn't empty, before I left.
