Reliable and fast delivery.

My first order of this album got lost by the carrier and it was so easy to arrange things with the shop/seller. They refunded me the full amount (total value of this and other albums I ordered with it) without any hassle.

I reordered and it arrived quickly with proper packaging (very well bubble wrapped) as expected. As a new army in Canada, this is one of my most trusted K-pop shops.

The fastest shipping and cute packaging

This is my second time buying from Lightupk. And I was really impressed with the fast shipping. And the package came with my name on the top with a cute heart. It was lovely. And loved the album so much. Though I didn't get my bias, I was happy to collect other members cards. Loved it, and the people from lightupk where helpful and patient with my questions.
Will order once again from here soon.

Honestly HANDS DOWN the best canadian friendly kpop website to shop from. My friend told me about LightupK and I was very interested. The prices are affordable and the shipping is free from 50$ and more. I love that they communicate with you and answer all of your questions. This was my first purchase and I truly think they are amazing. You do not need to pay for duties as well!! It arrived quickly at my house.
I highly recommend to order from them, from the multiple disappointing websites and prices that are crazy, i love this website. I will buy again! Happy customer :))))

Reliable and Wonderful

The package was well packaged and came with no damage whatsoever. The prices are definitely better than ordering from other places and all albums are 100% official. Will order again as it’s literally impossible to find good kpop stores in Canada.

Really happy to have a Canadian retailer for kpop albums and merch! There was a little wait due to it being a pre-order but once it shipped it literally came within the day it was kinda crazy.
