Glad for the pre-order but product quality is low

Bought this for my younger sister as a Christmas gift as she's a big Tzuyu fan. It was a great idea but the product itself is pretty low quality. Some of the images are even blurry. The binder actually ripped as well since it's only held together by glue. What can you expect from Dispatch! Regardless, I was able to get this pre-ordered and it shipped quickly as well.

Cool, but…

I’m literally missing two photocards, both Sana’s. The product is cool, but missing two photocards bothers me a lot. The interior of the binder also rips easily.
